I need to close this account and I can’t find any information on this company whatsoever. Please help me find some information on them!!!!

With so many valuables in the house, Jeannie decided to get a home security system. Her possessions were expensive and she spent long periods away from the house each day. Her neighborhood was considered to be safe but in a metropolitan area as large as Washington, home invasions were bound to happen. She had also had a classmate in Chicago that had returned home one night and she had been assaulted by a predator that was waiting inside her home. Jeannie decided it was the best way to protect herself as well as her possessions.

One night Jeannie was lying on the couch watching a movie. It had been a long hard day and as she often did, she dozed off to sleep on the couch. Jeannie was very thankful for the professional assistance of the fire department. She was also thankful that she had installed the home security system, because they had contacted the fire department when the alarm had been triggered.

Upon investigation, the fire had been caused by a faulty circuit breaker that started sparking and ignited a part of the wall.  Jeannie hadn’t anticipated she would need the security service for a situation like this, but she was thankful that she had it installed and that she and her cats were safe.

My house alarm has gone off twice now in the past few months. There is no one trying to enter it, the battery was just replaced about a year ago (I heard they last about 5 years). I don’t know who the original installinig company was so can I call any random alarm company? How do I get it to stop? The sign that shows up is “bypass”…oh and it wasn’t armed both times that it’s gone off

I have a previously installed Brinks home security system in my home (though I do not currently use any service). My fiance is moving in and she has a contract with a local alarm company. The local alarm company is telling me they may charge extra when we convert her service to my house because they are not sure they can use the equipment that’s already installed in my house.

Is this legitimate or are they just trying to make some extra money?

I was broken into about two weeks ago and the alarm didn’t go off when they entered. I have been trying it the past two weeks and it seems to slip up alot. Can the alarm company be held liable at all???

I just moved into a house that has an alarm system wired into it and everything. It’s a “magnum alert.” My question is how do i go about activating it? Do i have to go through the company that installed it or does that matter? Can i go through any alarm company? Thanks!
